2.Payments
- A deposit may be required before any project begins
- Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed payment plan or invoice schedule
- Failure to complete payments may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services
3.Monthly Maintenance Fee
FlowPage offers optional website maintenance services based on the selected website plan.
Maintenance pricing
- One Page Website Plan â 50 AUD per month
- Multi Page Website Plan â 70 AUD per month
Maintenance services

- Basic edits
- Performance monitoring
- General support
Failure to pay the maintenance fee may result in suspension of maintenance-related services.
4.Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for
- Providing accurate project information
- Supplying website content images and branding materials
- Ensuring they have permission to use all provided content
- Responding within a reasonable timeframe during the project process
Delays in communication or missing content may affect project timelines.
5.Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be provided during the project process.
Major changes or additional work outside the original agreement may result in additional charges.
6.Refund Policy
- Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of payment unless work on the project has already started
- After 24 hours deposits are non-refundable
- Completed work and completed payments are non-refundable
7.Portfolio Rights
FlowPage reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.Limitation of Liability
FlowPage is not responsible for
- Business losses
- Website downtime caused by third-party services
- Data loss caused by hosting providers or external platforms
- Issues caused by third-party plugins software or hosting providers
9.Termination
FlowPage reserves the right to terminate or refuse service if
- Payments are not completed
- Clients engage in abusive illegal or inappropriate behavior
- Project requirements violate laws or regulations
10.Changes to These Terms
FlowPage may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
